RETURN & REFUND POLICY
When you place a custom order, you are agreeing to purchase an item that we do not have on hand already or ready to ship. There is a 4-6 waiting period depending on the custom request and you agree to that wait by completing your purchase. Since items are made to order - refunds will not be issued based on wait times within the turnaround time. We will always do our best to give you an update in our facebook group so I urge you to join us over there!
We do not accept any refunds for ready to ship or custom items for anything other than product defect. All sales are final unless of course there was a mistake on our part! So please be sure of what you are ordering before you hit that final button! If for any reason there is a return made (other than defect) there will be a 30% restocking fee. For defects or issues with product, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your package to note any defects or damage to item and arrange return/refund.

All shipping is through Canada Post, shipping rates are flat rate shipping or by weight shipping, options available at check out. Here are the flat rate shipping options:
Canada - $15.00
USA - $20.00If you are outside Canada or the USA, contact us to figure out shipping to your area to complete an order.
Ready to Ship Inventory Shipping TAT: retail orders will ship 7-10 business days after order is placed.
Custom Order TAT: pre orders are a 4-6 week TAT from order placement to shipping of products.
Business days are Monday to Friday. We are closed on weekends as well as all Canadian Statutory holidays
